Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure. The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified
coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Arrival and departure

Our apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of early arrival before 16:00, we ask for request. In case of delays or special requests regarding these times, please notify us briefly.

Our breakfast service

Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day, often overlooked in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. However, not at our place! We ensure that you start your day right with a delicious breakfast experience. We provide fresh bread rolls daily, and from Monday to Friday, we offer a complete breakfast basket for the whole family to enjoy together. Our farm-style breakfast basket includes fresh bread rolls, homemade jam, high-quality farm honey, butter, cold cuts, homemade natural yogurt, a pot of coffee or tea with milk, cheese, homemade juice and regional fruits, as well as fresh breakfast eggs and a homemade sweet treat. On request, experience the day to day running of the farm. Let us show you our daily farm routine and introduce you to the animals. We are looking forward to sharing our experience and knowledge with people from all over the world. Roll up your sleeves and help feeding the animals.

Our book corner

An informative and well-stocked book corner is available to all our guests. Look up recipes of the delicious dishes you may have sampled during your hike or plan your next excursion. All information concerning our farm can be found in the respective farm booklet.

Booking conditions

Please note: booking is confirmed only after payment of a 10% deposit by bank transfer and the receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance can be settled in cash or by bank transfer. Unfortunately, for the time being we don’t accept credit cards. Please clearly state your name and booking period in your bank transfer.

Cancellation

In line with the Italian Consumer Protection Code there is no right to reimbursement in case of a cancellation. Nevertheless, according to Art. 1382 ZGB we grant you a right to withdraw your booking in the following cases:
Up to 16 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Deposits will be credited for your next stay. In the event of a cancellation by the guest from the 15th day before the agreed date of arrival, the guest will pay 80% of the agreed total price. If the guest does not turn up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the full amount is due for the entire booking period.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out “Roter Hahn Cancellation Insurance” as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to a carefree vacation. You can find more information HERE
