Slow Dolomites Card<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Slow Dolomites Card will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732\/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure. Slow Dolomites Card includes the use of all public transport within the \u201cs\u00fcdtirolmobil\u201d network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization.\u00a0<\/p>

The sole entity carrying the Slow Dolomites Card in South Tyrol is the Mobilit\u00e4tskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Slow Dolomites Card and the conditions of use of the Slow Dolomites Card are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Slow Dolomites Card.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of early arrival before 16:00, we ask for request. We ensure that you start your day right with a delicious breakfast experience. We provide fresh bread rolls daily, and from Monday to Friday, we offer a complete breakfast basket for the whole family to enjoy together. Our farm-style breakfast basket includes fresh bread rolls, homemade jam, high-quality farm honey, butter, cold cuts, homemade natural yogurt, a pot of coffee or tea with milk, cheese, homemade juice and regional fruits, as well as fresh breakfast eggs and a homemade sweet treat. Please note: booking is confirmed only after payment of a 10% deposit by bank transfer and the receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance can be settled in cash or by bank transfer. Unfortunately, for the time being we don’t accept credit cards. In line with the Italian Consumer Protection Code there is no right to reimbursement in case of a cancellation. Nevertheless, according to Art. 1382 ZGB we grant you a right to withdraw your booking in the following cases:
Up to 16 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Deposits will be credited for your next stay. In the event of a cancellation by the guest from the 15th day before the agreed date of arrival, the guest will pay 80% of the agreed total price. If the guest does not turn up (\u201cno show\u201d) or if the guest departs early, the full amount is due for the entire booking period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our farm life also includes our two dogs \u2013 loyal companions who, with their lively nature, bring both life and security to the farm. They sometimes let us know by barking when someone approaches and are usually close to us or under our supervision. If you are not entirely comfortable around dogs, please let us know before your arrival \u2013 we will, of course, take this into account so that all our guests can feel completely at ease.
